Not Him Again: Ex-Lover of Kourtney Kardashian Is Still Demanding a DNA Test

Michael Girgenti is stepping out, once again, claiming to be the father of Mason.
A few weeks ago, Girgenti failed to really make headlines when his paternity claim was overlooked by the media. This time, however, he has penned letters to both Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick urging them to take a DNA to prove whether or not Disick is the father of the 3-year-old.
Girgenti wrote to a letter to Kardashian, saying that his intentions “are not to hurt the family,” but simply wants a DNA test and if she does not he “will be forced to take legal action and sue.” His letter to Disick basically says the same thing, except he “admits” to sleeping with Kardashian when her and Disick were on a break.
Before the now mother-of-two gave birth to Mason in December of 2009, she reportedly slept with Girgenti that March. Girgenti met Kardashian on the set of a 944 Magazine shoot where he was hand-picked by the Kardashian star to be a model. He said the he made it his “mission before the shoot was over to get her information.” The two allegedly hung out a few times before they hooked up, after which he never heard from Kardashian again.
“I don’t believe Mason and Penelope look like siblings. I feel like Penelope looks like more like Scott and Mason looks more like me. Mason is a lot more dark-skinned than Penelope, which is something he would get from me, not Scott. Mason has the same skin tone and features that I had at that age…not being permitted the know the truth pains me,” Girgenti said.
“This is Kourtney’s last chance. My next step will be to take her to court and sue her for a paternity test. I’m tired of not knowing if Mason is my child, and I want the constant wondering to end,” Girgenti said.
