Michael Girgenti might take Kourtney Kardashian to court over Mason’s paternity

Previously, model Michael Girgenti alleged that Mason Dash Disick was the product of a hookup between himself and Keeping up with the Kardashians reality star Kourtney Kardashian.

Michael claimed that Kourtney hadn’t been completely honest and knew there was a chance Mason was not Scott Disick’s biological son. Although, Kourtney says Michael’s a crazy attention seeker who has no claim at all. Moreover, Michael took a lie detector test in August that revealed he’d made the whole thing up.

That isn’t stopping Michael from considering filing suit against Kourtney though.

“I just want the truth to come out,” Michael told InTouch Weekly of the December 16 court date. “At this point I have nothing to say to her, but if I am the father, I need to be slowly integrated into Mason’s life before more time passes.”

“If I’m not, I can rest at ease — and everyone can move on,” he added.

A source adds, Kourtney’s “acting like the paternity suit isn’t happening, [as] that’s her way of protecting herself.”
