Enquirer: Mila Kunis Says Ashton Kutcher & Demi Moore Were “Never Legally Married”

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore split this time last year, when Moore tired of indiscreet coeds tattling on their open relationship-of-six-years.
There were rumours-upon-rumours about the “rules” of the former couple’s relationship: dating and sleeping around outside of the relationship was reportedly allowed, so long as the other person was informed. However, Moore soon tired of the women outside of that agreement of whom she was never made aware. Kutcher made up his own rules and reportedly started seeing other women without asking Moore’s permission first. Moore left him. Then she issued a passive-aggressive statement shaming him. They went to religious/ relationship counselling for weeks thereafter. But they split. And Moore went to rehab for other issues and Kutcher started dating former That 70s Show co-star Mila Kunis, whom he’s known half his life, and who spent the Ted movie press tour lying about their relationship.
In any case, Kunis and Kutcher are now dating seriously; they’re staging cosy photos together, cuddling and making out, and they’re going on vacations together.
It’s been a year since Moore issued this response to Kutcher’s cheating: “As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life.” She called herself a “wife” who took “vows,” so why has NEITHER filed ANY papers to dissolve the “marriage” one year later? Because, in all likelihood, Kutcher and Moore were never legally married. Moreover, they only had an (evidently meaningless) symbolic/ religious ceremony and then they walked away when they were done. No divorce needed.
And now Kunis reportedly wants to marry and have babies with Kutcher of whom she’s telling friends, “they were never married.”

“Mila’s now saying she and Ashton want to marry and raise children, and she’s assured stunned pals that he doesn’t need a divorce from Demi because the two were never legally wed in a civil ceremony,” said one source.
