Millionaire Matchmaker Patti Stanger: “My biggest regret is that I didn’t have children”

Millionaire Matchmaker Patti Stanger, 52, recently did a Twitter Q&A in which she revealed her biggest regret.

“My biggest regret is that I didn’t have children,” admits Patti.

“I had an abortion in my 20s,” she added. “I was pregnant and I didn’t have enough money and I didn’t think it was ok to have a child and be a single parent.”

She continued, “And now look, everyone’s doing it! I didn’t find the right guy at the right time to have one with, I guess. But I don’t think I would adopt and be single. I [thought] I would have eventually found a guy, settled down, got the picket fence. I just didn’t meet person at the right time, I wasn’t that lucky, like a lot of other people.”

Patti ended a seven year relationship with real estate executive Andy Friedman because he did not want children. She is currently dating baseball player turned mortgage broker David Krause.
