Minka Kelly Turned Down Free Breast Implants & Lipo From Playboy Playmate
Minka Kelly was a guest on the Late Show With David Letterman last night as promotion for the Charlie’s Angels reboot that looks doomed to tank after being slammed by critics. Kelly’s having to work extra hard, it would appear. It’s probably a pretty hard sell with all the bad press. She’s spent this whole week doing day and night time talk shows. Mostly on her own as she’s the most easily-recognisable name in the credits.
Anyway, she told Letterman she was approached by a shady-sounding woman who claimed to be a former Playboy Playmate who could coach her how to be a glorified porn star, posing for adult stills, if Kelly would work in exchange for comped breast implants, veneers, and lipo.
“I was 19. She was very seductive and said that she wanted to manage me and that I had a lot of potential,” Kelly said of the time she was approached by a former Playboy Playmate.”She said that she could get me a job at this doctor’s office in return for plastic surgery which I would need to be a Playmate… All I needed was lipo, fake breasts, a few veneers and all kinds of stuff.’ Kelly took the job only to quit a month later, because she realized plastic surgery wasn’t for her, ‘When I told her that I didn’t want that, she said I would never be Playmate of the Year and I said, ‘I think that’s okay.
