There Is No End To The Lindsay Lohan Legal Drama

March 10, 2013 by SpoiledUrbanSocialite

Just as we thought 2013 would be a Lindsay Lohan legal drama free year, she has once again proven us wrong.

The troubled star has recently turned down a deal offered by the Santa Monica City attorney and Los Angeles City attorney for Lindsay to either go to rehab or serve jail time in lieu of going to trial March 18, 2013. Both city attorneys have decided to once again give the actress a break in her punishment in her lying to police case. Her attorney Mark Heller managed to secure a sentence of 90 days of house arrest from both city attorneys.

Does this mean we are about to see more ankle monitor bikini house party photos of Lindsay? Not quite, it is reported the actress does not want to agree to the 90 day house arrest deal that was recently offered to her. It appears hot mess Lindsay wants to face her peers and take her case to trial and remains adamant she will receive no punishment. At a hearing last week in California, the New York based attorney Mr. Heller told the judge his client did not have a drug or alcohol problem and she is currently attending therapy. He also went on to say, “This is not what she needs [rehab]. Lindsay doesn’t have a problem with alcohol and drugs. Lindsay’s issues are different.” Mr. Heller had a troubled day in court being scolded by the judge for not knowing California law.

The Liz & Dick actress was charged with three misdemeanors; obstruction or resisting a police officer, providing false information to a police officer, and reckless driving by Santa Monica police in 2012. These charges came as the Freaky Friday actress was currently serving probation for two DUI arrests and a necklace theft case. She was warned any violation to her probation and she could face 245 days in jail.

When will the legal drama end for Lindsay?
