North West: Kim Kardashian Baby Name Confirmed on Birth Certificate As North West

There have been conflicting reports all week about whether Kim Kardashian and Kanye West picked a name for their baby girl.

Until Thursday evening, all those reports were speculative because there was no confirmed name. Previously, though, HollywoodLife claimed the baby girl would be called Kai Georgia Donda West, Media Takeout claimed it would be Kaidence Donda West, and In Touch Weekly—who previously got Jessica Simpson’s daughter’s name right before anyone else—-said it’s North West.

And the prize goes to… In Touch Weekly because, following a report from Us Weekly that the name “Definitely does not start with a K”, the name has been confirmed as North West.

Seriously.

TMZ.com claims to have confirmed the name on the birth certificate from Cedars-Sinai hospital as “North West.”

UPDATE: PEOPLE and Us Weekly’s sources confirm too. Us’ sources also confirm the “birth certificate is out” and the baby has no middle name. But there’s a nickname, ‘They will call her Nori for short.’
