One Big Happy Family For Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann

Former Real Housewife of Atlanta Kim Zolciak’s husband NFL star Kroy Biermann has decided to make their family whole and is in the process of legally adopting his two step daughters.

Sources tell TMZ.com, Kroy has taken the first step to start the court process and file in a Georgia court to become the legal father of his two step daughters 15-year-old Brielle and 11-year-old Ariana. Kim’s daughters are from a previous marriage and the reality star has stated the biological father has been out of the girls’ lives for some time.

Kroy, who plays for the Atlanta Falcons, considers the girls his own and wants to make it legal and official. The reality star could not be happier and has given her blessing and both girls are excited and on board. Kroy will appear in front of a judge in family court next month, where a judge will sign off on the adoption making it official.

The Atlanta couple had their first child Kroy Jagger “KJ” Biermann May 30, 2011 and married later that year in a lavish wedding November 2011. They later welcomed a second son Kash Kade Biermann August 15, 2012 making him the fourth child for Kim and the second child for the couple.

Kim, who is no longer part of the Real Housewives of Atlanta franchise, has her own reality spin-off show premiering on Bravo, April 19, 2013 titled Don’t Be Tardy. The show will feature the reality star and her family dealing with the addition of a fourth child, Kash Kade, the remodeling of their new home and the struggle of having the whole family living in Kim’s old townhouse.
