Paparazzo Dies While Attempting To Photograph Justin Bieber! Miley Cyrus Gets Involved!

A tragic incident occurred last night when a paparazzo lost his life while trying to photograph Justin Bieber in Los Angeles. Ironically, the singer was not even present in the vehicle when the incident occurred.

Bieber’s Ferrari was actually being driven by his friend when a police officer pulled over the vehicle for speeding. It was at this point that 29 year-old Chris Guerra mistakenly attempted to snap photographs without realising Bieber was not present and was sadly struck by an oncoming vehicle in the other lane.

According to the California Highway Patrol, Guerra was instructed by the police officer to return to his own vehicle which is when the accident occurred.

TMZ.com is also reporting that drugs or alcohol were not a factor in the incident and the driver of the vehicle that hit the photographer will not be charged either.

Bieber has since released a statement despite not being directly involved in the incident.

“While I was not present nor directly involved with this tragic accident, my thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim.

Hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders, and the photographers themselves.”

Bieber isn’t the only who commented on the event. Miley Cyrus decided to giver her two cents about the accident as well. Unfortunately, she doesn’t seem as sympathetic as Bieber. She tweeted:

“Hope this paparazzi/JB accident brings on some changes in ’13 Paparazzi are dangerous! Wasn’t Princess Di enough of a wake up call?! It is unfair for anyone to put this on to Justin’s conscious as well! This was bound to happen! Your mom teaches u when your a child not to play in the street! The chaos that comes with the paparazzi acting like fools makes it impossible for anyone to make safe choices.”

Hopefully most people are not as insensitive about the incident as Cyrus. After all, despite not being married nor having children, he does still have loved ones.
