Rachel Zoe Is Having Another Boy
Rachel Zoe and her husband Rodger Berman are expecting their second child together this winter and according to reports, that child is a boy. The 41-year-old reality star welcomed son Skyler Morrison Berman on March 22, 2011, and ever since, the pair has been dreaming of expanding their brood.
“[Rachel] has been telling everyone that she’s having a boy — all her clients and friends know,” a source close to the stylist tells Life & Style. “She was joking that she really wanted a girl to take to couture shows and turn her into a fashionista!”
Rachel may have been hoping for a girl, but either way, the news of another child was thrilling and Rodger is over the moon to be having another mini-me. “Rodger’s so excited about another boy,” the source explains, adding, ”[Rachel]‘s been joking with all her friends about it.”
Although Rachel’s second child may be a boy, that certainly doesn’t mean that she can’t style him. After all, little Skyler is one of the best dressed kids in Hollywood. “Oh my God, my husband laughs at me because I spend more time in his closet in the morning than I do in my own,” Rachel said in an interview earlier this year. “It’s incredibly fun. It’s like having a live doll. And he loves it. Right now, he loves getting dressed. At some point, I’m sure in a year, he’s gonna hate everything I show him and just wanna wear, like, soccer uniforms or something.”
On the latest season of The Rachel Zoe Project, Rachel and Rodger were often seen speaking about having another child, but the two were never quite on the same page about it. Rodger was all for reproducing asap, but for Rachel, her already hectic schedule had her wondering how they could possibly manage with another child while Skyler was still so young.
