RHOC’s Josh Waring Arrested For Grand Theft Auto, Possession Of Drugs
Lauri Peterson’s son Josh has been one of the most troubled of all the Real Housewives kids. Although some stars such as Peter Rosello of Real Housewives of Miami and Lindsey Knickerbocker, also of O.C., have had run-ins with the law, nothing compares to Josh’s criminal record. Since his family was featured on the show, Josh has been arrested at least 5 times. However, when Lauri returned to the show during season 8, she bragged that Josh had totally cleaned up his life, and that he was as good as new. Unfortunately, he’s since gone back to his old ways.
According to a new report from TMZ, Josh and his wife were arrested last week in Orange County. Josh “was popped on October 10 for allegedly stealing a 2005 Cadillac. He was charged today.” In addition to the grand theft auto charge, Josh is also charged with “possession of an opium pipe and needles,” which he attempted to destroy during the arrest, leading to a third charge of attempting to destroy evidence.
Also arrested was Josh’s wife, Hannah, who is facing charges of possession of a billy club.
In December of last year, Josh and Hannah welcomed their first child, Kennedy Caydence-Rae. Shortly after Kennedy’s birth, she began to go through heroin withdraw, which prompted doctors to notify authorities. From there, it was reported that Kennedy was placed into foster care where she would remain until Josh and Hannah entered and completed a drug rehabilitation program. Although not much has been said since then, Josh tweeted a photo of Kennedy in August of this year, which seemed to hint that she was back with him and Hannah.
