Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kenya Moore Cashes In
Kenya Moore has been playing coy on whether or not she will be returning for season six of Bravo’s popular reality TV show Real Housewives of Atlanta. After scoring a huge paycheck, Moore is playing coy no more! US Weekly has reported that Moore will be earning $600,000 for the season and if the ratings go above and beyond Bravo’s expectations there is a potential that her paycheck could grow even fatter.
The former beauty queen rarely holds things back and her outspoken nature has proved to be a success for the series. A source close to the star said Moore is “very happy to be back!” Despite earning less than castmates NeNe Lekes, Kim Zolciack, and Kandi Burruss who reportedly make $800,000 per season, Moore is still making more than Phaedra Parks and Porsha Stewart who earn $50,000 a season.
Moore joined the cast last year and proved herself as a force to be reckoned with. She got off to a bumpy start with Leakes and Parks but trumped her haters when she came out with a popular single that climbed the charts. Gone With The Wind Fabulous has allowed Moore to perform with former Destiny’s Child members, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. Beyonce herself has said she’s a fan of the reality TV queen.
The current season is still being filmed so Beyonce and fans around the world will have to wait to see the antics of the housewives. You can expect Moore and the rest of the cast to bring the usual catfights and drama to the table when Real Housewives of Atlanta return.
