REPORT Kris Jenner’s Talk Show CANCELLED! (UPDATE: Kris Denied It on Twitter)

Kris Jenner was so desperate for her talk show to be a success that she name-dropped her newborn granddaughter for weeks only to reveal a staffer’s kid instead. Then, she allegedly tried to bribe people who gave her bad reviews. She started the show with Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe in the audience for the fake baby reveal. Then she had Khloe on as a guest, then Kim, and Kendall and Kylie, and Kanye, and a photo reveal of the real North West. Then she ran out of immediate family to interview and couldn’t land any bigger names. In short, no one watched, no one cared, and those who did watch didn’t like it.
According to a new report, Kris’ show has been cancelled and has no chance of ever being picked up by FOX as an ongoing show. Talk show The Real, by contrast, which aired over the same period and competed for a similar audience, has been picked up.
“There is no chance the talk show is going to get a green light from FOX,” a source tells Radar. “The ratings were averaging an abysmal 0.8 and advertisers were less than enthusiastic about it.”
The source adds, “Kris did get a ratings bump for her last show when Kanye West revealed the first baby pic of daughter, North West, with Kim, but that was a one time shot in the arm and it wouldn’t be indicative of what the ratings trend would be.” So, interviewing her own relatives didn’t work because executives aren’t gullible enough to think it’s indicative of overall interest in the show. The source explains, “It’s a very crowded market and Kris didn’t do anything to set herself apart from the field. Believe it or not, most of America doesn’t want to hear about the Kardashian’s for an hour everyday.”
FOX isn’t going to confirm anytime soon, however, out of respect for the family dealing with Lamar Odom’s addiction. “It will be announced in a low key fashion, probably on a Friday afternoon so it won’t generate a ton of negative press for Kris,” the source adds.
UPDATE: Kris Jenner denied the report on Twitter, saying Radar is wrong.
