RHOA Kandi Burruss’ mother says “I’m done with you!”

This weekend on the Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kandi Burruss’ mother appeared to have stopped interfering with her adult daughter’s relationship.

Previously, Joyce tried to browbeat Todd Tucker into getting a prenup and then lied about Todd having an affair. Moreover, Joyce tried to start a physical altercation during Kandi’s wedding dress fitting.

Joyce was angry, although she could not articulate exactly why, and she seemed to want Todd gone so she could keep the remainder of Kandi’s fortune to herself.

However, after weeks of escalating violence and hostility, Joyce appeared to suddenly back down.

“By the time you was my age, you were married three times,” noted Kandi of her mother’s failed relationships, and possibly also explaining why Joyce is so skeptical of others’ relationships.

“I’m through with you,” Joyce exclaimed. “I have decided to wash my hands of your relationship.”

“I’ve decided to stay completely out of it,” added Joyce. “If Todd makes you happy, I’m happy. Whatever happens, happens.”
