More Kardashian Diary Drama and the Proof Just May Be In The Pudding

Kris Jenner may not be up for any “mother-of-the-year” awards anytime soon. Ellen Pearson, former wife of the late Robert Kardashian has given InTouch exclusive access to his private (now public) journal.

In his journal, Robert wrote about what an absentee mother Kris was to their four children, Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Robert Jr., her affair with Todd Waterman, and about the time Kris threw a frying pan at him. The couple’s eldest child Kourtney was allegedly left “crying and shaking,” Robert wrote about the incident.

Robert was also concerned for both the physical and mental well-being of his children. InTouch reported, he once wrote in his journal that Kim struggled internally with the divorce of her parents and would cry when she was alone. Kourtney “was withdrawn” and Khloe who already showed signs of independence at the age of five “marched to the beat of her own drum.”

The late attorney also wrote, ”Kourtney called me saying Mommy said it was her fault we were getting a divorce because she keeps calling me all the time.”

However, he did not saying anything to Kris because he did not want her to take it out on Kourtney.

Another incident featured in the journal is the time Robert Jr., got locked in a car that was in the garage and it was not until Kris and Bruce Jenner came home that he was found locked inside. Robert Sr. wrote that his son told him “he was crying because it was so dark.”

Reports also surfaced saying Robert thought Kourtney would grow up to be resentful towards Kris, and Kim would be just like their mom. During the past few seasons of (anything) the Kardashians, Kourtney has talked about her resentment towards her mother and Kim has always been deemed Kris’ favorite who is just like her. This past season of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami, Khloe confronted Kim on why she deals with her divorce to Kris Humphries privately, the same way she did her parents divorce.

The InTouch book-azine featuring over 200 pages of entries is currently on newsstands.
