Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart At Breaking Dawn Premiere

The Los Angeles movie premiere of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 took place last night with the main cast in attendance: leads and real life girlfriend and boyfriend Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, and co-stars Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Kellan Lutz.

Stewart walked the movie’s black carpet wearing  an incredibly high-slit blue/purple/black J. Mendel dress. It’s appropriate, but ugly in all honesty. It’s an oddly cut mess of glitter and clashing colours. It looked like she borrowed someone else’s dress without having it tailored first. It’s sort of too grown-up and she looks rather little girly wearing mommy’s dress. Maybe mommy’s shoes too, although the shoes are much better. That said, she changed into sneakers to sign autographs.

Pattinson was on her arm the whole night and he wore charcoal grey. Lautner wore blue, his fall-back. Lutz wore funeral-ready black-on-black (including a black tie and shoes). Another accessory of Lutz, former Home & Away actress Australian Sharni Vinson. Vinson is still recognisable as troubled-teen Cassie. Although she’s been plucked, glossed, and botoxed since then. Also, she’s very into the cameras and not so into Lutz (they have the body language of brother and sister, not a couple).

Also in attendance Willow Smith, 11, who’s entirely too young to be watching the admittedly explicit sex scenes, which are all anyone’s been talking about, and Kendall Jenner, 16, and Kylie Jenner, 14, younger sisters of Kim Kardashian.

And, not pictured, Nikki Reid, Elizabeth Reaser, Jackson Rathbone, Billy Burke and wife Pollyanna, Booboo Stewart and sister Fivel, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Ashley Tisdale, Julia Jones and Marisa Quinn, Melissa Joan Hart, Jadin Gould, Dania Ramirez, Savannah Jayde, Heather Locklear and daughter Ava, Rob Lowe and wife Sheryl Berkoff, Trevor Donavan, and Bruno Mars.
