Robert Pattinson: The Daily Show Interview Two Days Before GMA Interview
Earlier this week, it was claimed that Robert Pattinson’s first televised interview since the cheating scandal would go to Good Morning America August 15, ahead of the August 17 New York City Cosmopolis premiere.
However, Pattinson’s first interview will actually go to The Daily Show with Jon Stewart Monday August 13. TWO DAYs prior to the GMA interview.
“Robert Pattinson is confirmed to appear as a guest on The Daily Show, this Monday, August 13,” rep Renata Luczak told HollywoodLife.com. “It will be his second appearance since March 2, 2010.”
Incidentally, GossipCop.com insists that Pattinson ”never talked about his personal relationships before and he’s not going to start next week.” So, the 26-year-old will be dutifully promoting his movie with Jon Stewart throwing in a few jabs about Pattinson’s humiliation. And, perhaps, GMA will be able to extract something more evocative the following Wednesday.
