Rosie Huntington-Whiteley: Women Should Save 14-Years To Buy Shoes
November 10, 2011 by Hollywoodite
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is a thinker. She’s pragmatic, practical and logical with a total grasp of reality. Which is why she advocated women saving for 14-years to buy her favourite brand of shoes, Louboutins.
In all fairness, she was shilling at the shoe designer’s book launch when she made the comments. However, it shows how out of touch the mactress has become that she thinks this is a reasonable comment…
Asked by Fox News why she loves the shoe, Huntington-Whiteley replied: “They make me feel like a woman. I feel they make you look very sexy, the cuts are beautiful, the lines, the colors the embellishments. I think he managed to capture something so special for women, every girl should be lucky enough to have them.”
Asked how an average woman, maybe with kids to feed and bills to pay could afford the $700 price tag, she replied… “If you can save up for a pair put away a dollar a week,” she advised. “It’s worth it girls. It is really worth it!”
Ugh, airhead needs a calculator or at least an iPhone app, stat. 700 in weeks is 13 years and change, nearly 14 years.
