ANOTHER Mug Shot: Salwa Amin Back In Jail, Bond Revoked For Failed Drug Test
Buckwild’s Salwa Amin is back in jail today, after failing a drug test and having her bail revoked.
Back in February, Amin was arrested in her native West Virginia for two counts of felony drug possession with intent to deliver.
An informant had told police about the delivery, and upon execution of a search warrant of the delivery address Amin and two men were found with large quantities of drugs including three packages of heroin, Oxycodone in Amin’s purse, as well as $3,000 cash. She was initially jailed on $200,000 bond, that was subsequently lowered to $100,000.
She was released on bail, but today she’s back in jail for drugs. This time, she failed a drug test by testing positive for oxycodone and morphine.
According to local WV Metro News, “Nicholas County Prosecuting Attorney P.K. Milam says Salwa Amin, 24, from Charleston failed a drug test this week. Because of that, her bond was revoked and she was booked at the Central Regional Jail on Wednesday.”
Amin was sent back to Central Regional Jail, where she’s currently being held without bond.
UPDATE 3/27/13: TMZ.com adds, “Amin was hauled in today on a bench warrant, which was issued after she allegedly blew off a court date stemming from the first arrest.”
