Did Salwa Amin Drug Deal Happen Right After This Promotional Photo Shoot?

Buckwild star Salwa Amin was arrested this weekend for felony possession with intent to deliver.

She was booked into Central Regional Jail, awaiting arraignment at Nicholas County Magistrate Court. She will reportedly post $200,000 bond for two counts of drug possession with intent to deliver. One count for oxycodone, allegedly found in her purse, the other for heroin.

Amin’s mug shot photo(s) from the Monday morning booking have been released in addition to video of Amin claiming that the drugs found at the scene were not hers. “All these, um, things that I’ve been charged with are totally wrong,” she exclaims in a video from inside the jail. “Um, the officers that came and searched me, they didn’t find anything on ME.”

In the booking photo and video taken Sunday 10 through early Monday 11, Amin is wearing a red and blue shirt. If it looks familiar, it’s because she wore the same flannel shirt earlier during a photo shoot.

Promoting her official website TheRealSalwa.com, Amin shared these photos with fans calling herself “Redneck Pocahontas.”

In one photo, the 24-year-old Bengali reality star is laying atop flowers while getting her hair fixed, with the caption “Behind the scenes of photo shoot.”

In another photo, she’s not wearing pants and that’s captioned “Sneak peek preview.” With, presumably, more of the same to come once she’s out of jail.

Note: There are no other dates ascribed to the promotional photos, aside from the date they were published on Twitter (Feb 9), so it’s possible they were taken a while ago. It is, however, the same shirt from the Feb 11 arrest.

Which COULD mean she went from the photo shoot to the drug delivery within approx. 24 hours this weekend.
