Selena Gomez Has Officially Moved on from Justin Bieber to Ed Sheeran

All of you Beliebers can take a huge sigh of relief right now. According to Us Weekly, Selena Gomez has finally moved on from Justin Bieber. Now you all have a chance at love (you can dream, right?).

Us Weekly reported that the 20-year-old singer and actress has started dating the 22-year-old British singer Ed Sheeran. The alleged new couple were introduced to each other this Memorial Day by no other than Taylor Swift, who is a close friend of Gomez and is currently touring with Sheeran. Swift certainly is Hollywood’s newest matchmaker, don’t you think? Although these rumors have surfaced, Sheeran told Us Weekly on June 16th that he was currently single, though he “wouldn’t complain” about having the opportunity to date Gomez. Honestly, who wouldn’t?

Gomez explained her reasoning behind ditching the Biebs for Sheeran, claiming that “she got sick of having to take care of Justin like he was her child,” a source told Us. It certainly will be a breath of fresh air for the 20-year-old to finally have an older hubby and to get away from the ongoing trainwreck singer a.k.a Bieber. The former dynamic duo have been on and off since December; they were even seen kissing in April at Bieber’s concert in Oslo, according to Us. But no longer will Gomez be infected by that Bieber Fever, as a source confided to Us that they are “totally done…not even hooking up anymore.”
