Shain Gandee Dead At 21: Buckwild Star Found Dead In A Vehicle In West Virginia Earlier Today

Shain Gandee of Buckwild has been found dead in his local West Virginia after being reported missing by his family this weekend.

Earlier, it was reported that Gandee, 21, and his 48-year-old uncle were last seen together at a local bar at 3 a.m. Sunday March 31. The men reportedly went off-roading in Shain Gandee’s 1984 Ford Bronco and hadn’t been seen since. Family and friends looked for the men for 31 hours and contacted local authorities and in turn the media.

And this morning, in addition to local reports, TMZ.com confirms Gandee is dead. R.I.P.

Buckwild Star Shain Gandee was found dead in a vehicle in West Virginia this morning … 31 hours after the 21-year-old MTV reality star had been reported missing, this according to law enforcement.

According to officials, Gandee,  along with 2 other bodies, were discovered in the vehicle in Sissonville, West Virginia.

As we previously reported … Shain was last heard from around 3 AM on Sunday morning, when he and his uncle David Gandee told people they planned to go 4-wheeling.

It’s unclear if David was one of the deceased people in the vehicle where Gandee’s body was discovered. – via TMZ.

UPDATE 4/1/13: One of the other bodies has since been identified as David Gandee, 48, according to WOWKTV.

UPDATE 4/2/13: The third man has been identified as Gandee’s friend Donald Robert Myers, 27, an employee at a local Subway whose bosses grew concerned when he didn’t come in to work.
