Singer Raz B Comatose and on Life Support After Nightclub Incident (UPDATE: He’s Recovering)
The amount of injuries this guy has received within the last year are just horrible.
According to TMZ, former B2K singer Raz B was smashed in the face with a bottle at a nightclub in China yesterday and was sent to the hospital. The 28-year-old singer was performing at a club in Zhejiang when a fight broke out in the audience; being hospitable, he tried to break it up but ended up practically breaking his face, with many cuts and a slash on his lip. The perpetrator was forced by Chinese police to pay $5,000 to the singer for the hospital fees. Supposedly, that’s enough to mend a mistake. At the hospital, Raz B had surgery for one hour to fix his lip injury and received four stitches. The singer, who has been living in China for a few years, told TMZ that “this sh*t hurts…I have a f*cking hole in my lip.”
Unfortunately, his injuries have taken a turn for the worse as TMZ reported earlier tonight that he is currently comatose. Sources told TMZ that doctors in the hospital have been testing Raz B for any “brain activity,” claiming that his current medical condition is extremely serious. He is also breathing from a ventilator. Poor guy. To top it all off, he injured his hand last year after falling through a glass door in a hotel in Shanghai, TMZ reported. Hopefully he regains consciousness ASAP and recovers enough to come back to America to make the “big comeback” that he notified TMZ he was planning.

UPDATE: TMZ.com reports, Raz B is “is out of his coma and in stable condition.” Also, Raz B “is stable, breathing on his own, smiling and responsive but has not yet been released from the hospital. He’s staying a few more days to be monitored.”
