Tabloid Covers: Star’s Report Card Grades Best & Worst Celebrity Mothers
Following People Magazine’s wedding exclusive and In Touch Weekly’s bogus pregnancy exclusive, here are the remaining tabloid covers. Although, the only other real exclusive appears to be Us Weekly. The rest is source quotes, shrapnel, and weird filler from Star Magazine grading celebrity mothers because apparently that’s a thing after months of pregnancy weight shaming (or other arbitrary fat-shaming).
* Star Magazine’s covers says: “Star Report Card: Best And Worst Moms. Who chooses booze over story time? Who lets her kids smoke? Who hasn’t seen her son in months? Sandra A+; Angelina C- Constant Junk Food; JLo C- ‘I Want My Nanny!’; Christina Aguilera D+.”
* Us Weekly Magazine’s cover features the British royals: “All New Photos: Their Private World. Date nights at home (Kate cooks!) and planning a surprise birthday for Will; Shh! Trying for a New Year’s baby; How she gets that hair.”
* OK! Magazine’s cover reads: “Teen Mom Amber: Inside Her Prison Hell. She’s afraid she’ll die behind bars. Living with psychopaths and murderers; Targeted by inmates because of her fame; More drug use, emergency surgery, & five years of hard time. PLUS Why baby Leah is calling another woman ‘Mommy.’”
* Life & Style’s cover reads: “EXCLUSIVE BACHELORETTE INTERVIEW: Yes, I’m Engaged (the $90,000 sparkler). The romantic Caribbean proposal (and the 4-carat rock); She’s ready for a baby now; What Emily’s daughter thinks of her new dad. This time it’s forever.”
* Reality Weekly Magazine’s cover says: “Kanye & Kim’s biggest fight ever: His X-Rated Secret. Kim is furious as she discovers Kanye’s perverted career plans.” Kim Kardashian is horrified someone other than she will be doing porn? Really? This is such a random story from Reality Weekly, whose sources go on to claim: “Kanye has met with a major pornography company. He wants to start producing X-rated versions of his music videos. When Kim found out about Kanye’s plan, she had a total meltdown. She’s already experienced so much backlash from the public over Kris, the last thing she wants to go through is another big scandal.”
