Taylor Armstrong: Photos Of Black Eye Allegedly Caused By Russell Armstrong

The new season of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has started and pretty much the only story that’s getting play is the suicide of one character and his alleged abuse of his wife, Taylor Armstrong.

Armstrong and her late husband weren’t really staples on the show, so much as her spending and vapidity were the focus of several pieces of filler between the real drama. The couple had serious financial problems, allegedly from her spending and his struggling to pay for her lavish lifestyle. And he and a business associate killed themselves in what’s speculated to be some kind of pact. It’s obviously hard to do more than speculate since the businessman’s not here to defend himself.

Which also makes one wonder why Armstrong’s waiting until the new season of the show and her husband’s death to allege abuse. Her husband may have been an abuser and caused the injury to her eye that needed plastic surgery to fix. He may not. We’ll never have more than his wife’s word, since he’s not here to defend himself against this claim either. Armstrong appears to have sold the rights to photos of her abuse to Entertainment Tonight (individual photos usually leak, not sets of multiples). And she’s supposedly writing a tell-all book with further allegations, cashing-in on her husband’s death.

Rampant pathological lies or the smart way to set the story straight while all eyes are on her?
