Teen Mom: Jenelle Evans back in court with mother over child support for Jace

Former Teen Mom reality star Jenelle Evans was in court Monday December 3 because her child support payments of $130-per-month to support her son, Jace, have been suspended.

According to new reports, her mother, Barbara Evans, agreed to cease any further claims for child support.

“Mrs. Barbara Evans was in court with her daughter Jenelle and she agreed to stop having Jenelle pay the child support,” says a source.

The source adds, “Jenelle has told people she has money and that her mom thinks she is doing really well now so she is going to see how it goes without the child support for a little while.”

Jenelle is still legally married to jailbird Courtland Rogers and, although some sources claim she broke up with Nathan Griffin, others say they’re just going through a “rough patch.”

“Talk s**t about me all u want,” Jenelle wrote on Twitter recently. “I’m already depressed as f**k so thanks for rubbing the salt in the wound. Getting off twitter.”
