Poor Alexia Echevarria. The Real Housewives of Miami star’s son Peter Rosello just can’t seem to stay out of trouble. Following his highly publicized bum-punching incident last year, Rosello seemed  to be heading in the right direction, but now, news of an April arrest has hit the web.

According to a Gossip Extra report, Rosello was arrested in April and charged with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. North Miami Police claim that Rosello hit an unmarked police car and attempted to flee the scene before getting caught by police who witnessed the crime.

After police caught up with Rosello and another man who had been driving with him, they found two grams of marijuana and a silver metal marijuana grinder in a backpack which Rosello claimed was his. Although Rosello wasn’t arrested at the time of the incident, he was cited and ordered to appear in court at a later date.

In court, Rosello struck a plea deal in which the misdemeanor charges were dropped in exchange for his involvement in the first offender program being extended for an additional 6 months.

Last October, Rosello posted a video titled “Nut-checking” on his Facebook page. Immediately, the fashion model was flooded with backlash over the despicable crime leading him to remove the video. Unfortunately for him, he didn’t do it quite quick enough. Once police identified him and the homeless man he attacked as he slept, Rosello was forced to appear in court where he was able to evade jail time and enter the first offender program.

Regarding the backpack that Rosello claimed was his, his lawyer Richard Sharpstein seems to hint that he was simply taking the blame to save his friend. “It wasn’t really his bag,” Sharpstein insists. “He’s back in the program and once he completes it, his record will be sealed.”
