The Real Housewives Of New Jersey Stars Faces More Charges In Bloody Posche Boutique Brawl

August 9, 2013 by Lindsay Cronin

The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast was involved in a massive brawl in March at the opening of series regular Kim DePaola’s Posche Boutique. Reports claim Joe Gorga, Chris Laurita, and Jacqueline Laurita  engaged in a physical confrontation with Johnny Karagiorgisa and following the incident, several charges were made against each party. Months later, the case has yet to be sorted out and soon, there may be even more charges filed.

“Johnny is not the type of person to just lay down, he’s going full force and has been telling people he doesn’t want to drop the charges. He wants everyone who attacked him to be prosecuted,” a source tells Radar Online.

The fight began after Joe allegedly got word that Johnny had been talking badly about his wife Melissa Gorga. Apparently, Teresa had enlisted Johnny and his wife Penny to help out with another “Take Down Melissa” scheme and when Joe found out what they were plotting, he confronted Johnny head-on with Chris and Jacqueline by his side. The Lauritas also had a bone to pick with Johnny over his comments about Jacqueline faking their son’s autism diagnosis.

Bravo cameras rolled as Joe and Chris allegedly attacked Johnny as Jacqueline hit him with a high heel.

“Johnny has said that he wants to file additional charges. He is going to possibly try and go after aggravated assault and aggravated assault with a weapon,” the source said. “This fight was premeditated and then while it was happening the producers and security didn’t step in to stop anything. They were promoting the violence.”

Currently, Joe, Chris, and Jacqueline are facing charges of assault and making terroristic threats. Johnny is facing the same charges as well as a harassment charge.

The fight will reportedly air on The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s season 5 finale.
