Kris Humphries Controlled, Used, Belittled Kim Kardashian, Called Her Fat?

Us Weekly has joined in the anti-Kris Humphries smear campaign. The family has decided to edit any footage from Kourtney & Kim Take New York that’s not flattering to them in order to make Humphries this season’s scapegoat.
Kris Jenner has reportedly instructed Kim Kardashian not to do interviews until the premiere, to maximise publicity. When the premiere airs, and is unflattering or outright defaming to Humphries, Kardashian will begin giving interviews about how he has been an emotionally-abusive husband (she said the same thing about her first husband, and she wasn’t even this much of a famewhore then).
This week’s Us Weekly appears to be a lazy copy pasta of things they gleaned from watching K&KTNY’s two trailers: Humphries was a sarcastic asshat, he was photographed standing next to women at a club… since that means anything, he belittled Kardashian and her career options once she aged out. Yeah, pretty much, this is a write-up taken from the trailer. It wouldn’t even be the first time they’ve c&p’d stuff gleaned from a preview.
Kim Kardashian has been raked over the coals in the court of public opinion ever since she filed for divorce from Kris Humphries Oct. 31. But the real villain in the 72-day marriage, pals tell the new Us Weekly, was out-of-work NBA star Humphries, 26.
After lavishly tying the knot Aug. 20, Kardashian’s hubby soaked up the perks of being married to one of the most successful reality stars ever; staying out late at clubs in NYC and L.A., and demanding free bottle service and more wherever he went.
Even worse? He could be downright cruel to Kardashian, 31. “He belittled her in front of people,” one insider tells Us. “He’d call her stupid. It was truly sickening.”
The source adds that Humphries resented his wife’s fame and fortune. “He tried to control Kim by bring her down…He would say truly terrible things. One time, he said she had no talent and her fame wouldn’t last.”
He even took exception to her world-famous posterior, calling her “fat ass,” the source says.
And when Kardashian (who rarely drinks and tends to go to bed early) asked her man to skip the nights out in favor of quality time, “He would tell her she was acting like too much of a wife and ‘get over it,’” another insider says.

This is such a pro-Kardashian press release. Remember, Life & Style were easy on the family, post-divorce, after being their go-to for lifestyle exclusives. And Us Weekly bought staged honeymoon photos and accompanied the couple on their mini-moon. They’re both firmly in pocket and hoping for more exclusives once the backlash blows over.
Us Weekly would seem to be in direct cahoots with this week’s L&S, who ran a comparable story, offering more on the bullying. L&S claim the friend Humphries picked fights with and bullied was Jonathan Cheban.
