Vicki Gunvalson’s New Face: What Procedures Did The Real Housewife Have Done?

On multiple seasons of Real Housewives of Orange County, cast members have made unkind remarks about this cast member’s looks and it seems she’s taken it to heart.
At least, she heard enough to want to buy a new face. For example, on a previous season, Slade Smiley’s attempts at stand-up amounted to name-calling and hitting below the belt. In one supposed “joke,” Smiley compared Vicki Gunvalson’s face to Miss Piggy’s face. It was not flattering.
But following plastic surgery, Gunvalson looks drastically different. She didn’t just get botox or similar to figuratively smooth over the cracks, she reportedly got extensive facial surgery including a chin implant.
A production source tells RumorFix.com, “Vicki will reveal her new face in the first episode of Season Eight, which premieres April 1. And, the women get pretty catty.”
Rumor Fix continues, “Vicki’s face was still swollen from the plastic surgery during taping. Vicki got a new chin and went under the knife for a new nose.”
As for why she did it, “Vicki is denying it… but they believe she was hurt when Gretchen Rossi’s boyfriend, Slade Smiley compared her to Miss Piggy in a stand-up routine.”
