Vicki Gunvalson Re-Sued? The Vicki’s Vodka Lawsuit Against Her Is Back On

August 13, 2013 by Lindsay Cronin

Vicki Gunvalson and her on-again, off-again boyfriend Brooks Ayers were sued months ago by Gunvalson’s partner in Vicki’s Vodka, Robert Williamson III. In the suit, Williamson claimed that Gunvalson had gifted Ayers with 16.67% of her share of the company without as much as a heads up to Williamson. Then, in an alleged act of fraud, Ayers sold the share back to Williamson for $50,000.

One month after the initial suit was filed, Gunvalson was dropped from the suit as reports claimed that she and Williamson had worked out a settlement to resolve the issue. Now, it appears as though the settlement never moved forward and Vicki has been re-listed as defendant in Williamson’s lawsuit.

“The working relationship between Robert and Vicki has broken down yet again and she is attempting to back track on the terms and conditions of the settlement. As a result, Robert is planning to re-file the suit against Vicki. It’s back on,” a source confirms to Radar Online.

Williamson is now suing Gunvalson and Ayers, claiming the Real Housewives of Orange County couple committed fraud, breached contract, failed to live up to good faith dealings, misrepresented herself and conspired with ex-boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, to unjustly enrich themselves.

Meanwhile, Ayers is trying to get the suit thrown out. In response papers regarding the suit, he alleged that Gunvalson “gave him a membership interest in VV LLC to compensate him for the services he had provided” so that he could make nice on some overdue bills to the government. “He needed money for child support and an IRS payment,” the documents explained.

Following Gunvalson’s original dismissal from the suit, she told Radar that Ayers was “not involved in my business life at all. He was someone that I dated and is not involved in my business life and only was involved in my personal life.”
