Victory for Buckwild’s Shae Bradley As Sketchy Ex-Boyfriend Is Ordered To Destroy Sex Tape

Earlier this week, former Buckwild reality star Shae Bradley appeared in court seeking an injunction on the tape she made with her ex-boyfriend, Jesse J. She denied making the tape on Twitter then had to admit its existence in court in order to block its release. She was granted a temporary injunction against her old boyfriend, real name Jessie Johnson.

And today, local outlets report Bradley has basically won the case.

In short, the pair appeared in court in West Virginia during which time Bradley admitted making and sending explicit material which made the material Johnson’s property. However, Johnson admitted, while representing himself in court, that he tried to blackmail Bradley with threats of leaking the tape to “ruin her life.” That being against the law, Johnson was ordered to destroy/ delete all such material he had in his possession.

Another controversy is surrounding the former Buckwild cast members. Two of the reality show stars battled it out in a Kanawha County courtroom, Monday, over an alleged sex tape that was rumored to have been being shopped around.

Shae Bradley and Jessie Johnson, aka Jessie J, took a personal matter to court before it became very public.

It’s an on-camera appearance Buckwild start Shae Bradley wanted no part in.

“I haven’t slept, I can’t eat. It’s just disgusting. I don’t see how someone is allowed to just torment me non-stop,” Bradley said in court. She’s referencing nude pictures and a sex tape between her Johnson, an ex-boyfriend, that she was ready to fight to keep out of the public eye.

“I don’t care what happens to her,” Johnson said in court. He did not have a lawyer, and was representing himself.

It was a unique situation because Bradley admitted she willingly sent Johnson nude pictures and participated in the filming of the sex tape and sent them to him via text message and e-mail. Therefore, it became his property.

“She sent them to me. If she didn’t want me to see them, why would she send them to me?” Johnson said in court.

Johnson admitted to threatening to release the pictures and video late last year to “ruin her life.” An act Bradley’s attorney, J.B. Akers of Akers Law Office, says borders criminal harassment and extortion.

“He told her last fall he was going to ruin her life specifically in reference to these photographs and videos,” Akers said after the hearing.

This was not a criminal hearing. After being contacted by the entertainment news organization, TMZ that Johnson was shopping the compromising video and pictures around, Bradley filed an injunction asking a judge to stop the release.

Judge Tod Kauffman ordered Johnson to destroy all images he has in his possession of Bradley. He claimed he set the tape on fire three days ago after learning he was being taken to court over it, and didn’t have an attorney.

If Johnson does not destroy the pictures and tape, he could be held in contempt of court. – via WCHS 8 News.
