VIDEO Amber Portwood tells Dr Phil she was often high on Teen Mom

Teen Mom Amber Portwood is out of prison where she went to get clean from her drug addiction.

She served 17 months of a five-year sentence and has since been reunited with her toddler daughter. Now, the reality star tells Dr Phil about how she would be high during the filming of Teen Mom.

“This is actually my first time on stage sober, so I’m really nervous,” says Amber, adding, ”Every time you see me on [‘Teen Mom’], I am high.”

Amber admits that during a previous rehab attempt, “I was using a [pain] drug called fentanyl… it’s patches. I opened up the patch and I would eat the patch.”

She adds, “It’s very dangerous. I was using that the whole time I was in [rehab] with a friend… in drug court and on house arrest.”
