Whitney Port is already planning wedding, “will design her own dress”

Whitney Port’s engagement was only confirmed a few days ago and she’s already started planning her wedding!

The former The Hills and The City reality star, 28, “will design her own dress,” says a source.

The source continues, of Whitney’s BFF and former co-star Lauren Conrad, “Whitney talked to Lauren about it and they are so excited.”

The Life & Style source adds, Tim Rosenman, former associate producer on The City and a long time friend, proposed while Whitney was working in Australia two weeks ago.

“He got down on one knee in her hotel room with an stunning oval-shaped diamond ring,” the source tells Life & Style. “She was so surprised. He planned to do it outside, but the weather was bad, so he did it right in the hotel room. She’s very happy.”
