Wife Swap’s Alicia Guastaferro, 20, Arrested For Prostitution

One of Wife Swap’s most notoriously spoiled kids has been arrested for prostitution, according to reports today.

Alicia Guastaferro’s family appeared on Wife Swap back in 2008, when she was 16-years-old. She was the pageant brat who mistreated her parents, whose parents did her homework, and who demanded to be pampered with a Christmas tree and presents year-round. Her infamous line from the show, “I do feel sorry for people that are not gorgeous people.” In the same episode, her mother says: “I feel the way to Alicia’s happiness is give her everything she wants. Don’t give her any rules. Why upset her?” The family claimed to have staged the tree and presents at the behest of producers in addition to allegedly being fed lines by producers.

In March 2010, when she was 18-years-old, Guastaferro sued ABC for $100 million claiming the show ruined her life, the show focused on her too much when it was supposed to be about the two families, she received death threats, she’d slipped from the honor roll to being a special education student because of bullying, and she became suicidal. However, it was thought she just needed the money because both parents pleaded guilty to felony money laundering charges in November 2009. As of this summer, the suit against ABC is still pending. And this week, age 20, she’s guilty of prostitution by her own admission.

Guastaferro of Williamsville, New York was arrested for prostitution on Monday morning when she was caught in a car with a 54-year-old defense attorney James D. Doyle of Rochester, NY.

[The pair] were arrested by state police after troopers received calls that a car was driving erratically on the Thruway, and the car was eventually found at a service area with James slumped over asleep at the wheel.

James, who’s been arrested twice before on drunk driving charges, was charged with a DWI, patronizing a prostitute, and giving alcohol to a minor. Alicia was charged with prostitution, possession of a controlled substance and criminal impersonation.

James denies all charges and says he feels bad about Alicia’s involvement. However, Alicia allegedly told officers that James calls her twice a month for sex and pays her between $500 and $700-per-session, is aware of her age, and that both of them were drinking prior to their arrest.

The police report states that Alicia had not yet been paid at the time of their arrest because he usually pays her in the morning.

James was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court and released without bail and Alicia is expected to appear in court at a later date. – via RadarOnline.
