From the moment they started dating, the tabloids predicted the end of KimYe. So the notion that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West might not be together forever comes as no surprise. But, you may be shocked to know that the end of their relationship could precede the birth of their first child, who’s due this July.

Sources say that Kardashian’s friends are concerned that her relationship will end soon, largely because of West’s selfishness. “We just do not understand why [Kim] is traveling to Paris to see [Kanye]. She is the pregnant one,” a source tells Naughty But Nice Rob. “Kanye will fly in to see the editors of Vogue, but he won’t fly in to see the lady carrying his child.”

The latest report of trouble in paradise for the expectant couple comes right on the heels of Kardashian’s admission that she and West “live different lives.” In the latest issue of the UK’s Fabulous Magazine, the reality TV star reflects on her romance with the Clique rapper and how they manage their busy lifestyles. Although Kardashian and West have withstood the test of time—they’ve been dating for over a year, which equates to an eternity in Hollywood—the tabloids still claim the end is near. And according to Kardashian’s unnamed friend, “The only way they have a future is if Kim continues to do whatever he says.”

It’s understandable that they are very busy. After all, they’re both ambitious and career-oriented celebrities. But some people just don’t buy that the couple’s conflicting schedules are an unavoidable problem. “Some of the greatest records that have ever been recorded have been recorded in America,” the source went on to say. “I am sorry that the US recording studios are not good enough for Kanye—they were good enough for Elvis, Sinatra and Michael Jackson, but not Kanye!”

But are things as bad as they seem? And if they are, is it really all West’s fault?
